Hi my names Barry, this is my little web page of video recipes that I have cooked, filmed & edited tracking my journey of learning to cook. This all started in January 2010 when I was sat watching a cooking show on TV and realised that I couldn't cook a thing. So I thought one way of trying to motivate myself to learn (and to help inspire others) was to pick up a camera and film the journey
