Hot Sauce Challenge 2

Thought I had made a good hot sauce when I did my first attempt recently….but after reading a good blog post from my mate ProcrastiBaker (http://www.procrastibaking.co.uk/) who actually discussed my original challenge, I realised that it could be taken to another level. Here I attempt the improved recipe, trying it on friends too – with a hidden sauce at the end for one of my mates who thought he was Superman!
