4 Minute Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ladies and gents, you know how you get those recipes that say “ready in ten mins” etc (no, i’m not talking about microwave meals!) I mean recipes like this one – 4 minute mousse. A chocolate mousse recipe from Gordon Ramsey that should take 240 seconds, I had to try this.
It was a bloomin lovely recipe once I was done but I think the timings were slightly out.
