Ice Cream Sandwich

Here is my attempt to make one of my favourite ice-creams – an ice cream sandwich! I love the ones that Ben & Jerry’s sell, so when I got the chance to make one with my recipe book I had to give it a shot.

Essentially it’s just some cookies with ice-cream wedged in the middle but it was great fun making them! Have a look at the video and see what you think!
