American Style Pancakes

This is my attempt at an American classic. Having spent a few Summer’s in the States I knew it was unlikely I would make pancakes to their standard – but I was sure gonna give it a go!!
The recipe was taken from Jamie Oliver’s happy days book…..you can play around with the fillings – I opted for banana and apple.
