Banana, Peach & Apricot Tarte Tatin

Simply amazing this one! Was asked to try Jamie Oliver’s tarte tatin recipe from a regular viewer, but gave it a little twist by adding in the peach and apricot……was a little tricky, and slightly dangerous with the caramel making antics going on, but I got there and it tasted super good!
