Banoffee Pie
I love this pudding, but i’d been looking to find a way of making it shorter rather than having to muck around with condensing milk for hours….. this one is easy peasy!
Make a base out of mashed biscuits (merged with a chunk of butter), bake it for 10 mins or so to firm it up then let it cool and plonk it on a serving plate….
then decorate with sliced bananas, and pour over caramel. Whisk up the cream and a bit of icing sugar and spread over top. Let it chill for an hour in the fridge then finish with melted chocolate on the top….
BRILLIANT!!!!!
