Cacao & Olive Bread

This was another recipe inspired by my trip to the Big Feastival where I watched Willie Harcourt-Cooze make this amazing chocolate bread before my very eyes! I simply had to give it a go… the final taste was a yummy savoury bread with a naughty olive and fennel punch!
Willie himself told me that it tastes just as good toasted a couple of days after, so make sure you don’t eat it all!!
