Carrot Cake Time!

From a young age I always thought that carrot cake was a savoury dish and was never really exposed to the wonderful world of sweet carrot loving….. but one day I went to an awesome restaurant a gave it a go, since then i’ve been hooked. This is my attempt to make carrot cake, and I hope you enjoy viewing.
