Chocolate Eclairs

In this video Phoebe and I put together some ridiculously simple and gorgeous tasting chocolate eclairs with choux pastry and a cream filling!
They really are so simple…. had such a proud moment during this video, Phoebe cracked an egg! I didn’t know she could do that!!!
