Ferrero Rocher Mousse

Nice and simple this one…..
Grab some Ferrero Rocher and melt them in the microwave in bursts. Don’t burn the chocolate! Then mash it up once soft.
Put it in a bowl with 4 egg yolks and 120ml of double cream and give it a nice whisk together.
With the egg whites from your 4 eggs whisk them up to form stiff peaks then hold over your head and dance around (optional).
Fold in whites to the other mixture, then pop in the fridge for an hour at least with spare Ferrero Rocher sprinkled on top – super stuff!!
