Fried Chocolate Ice Cream

Ok so I’d never heard of this before until I was talking to my older sister about their holiday to Mexico where she tried it. Turns out it’s really popular!!! So, this is my attempt at making this recipe….granted there are probably better guides out there, but it worked!
Freeze scoops of ice cream, then dip in egg and sugar, then cornflakes, return to freezer and the fry. Simple right?!
You get a really nice crisp outside and cool middle, give it a go and take care using the hot oil.
