Honeycomb Desserts

I’d never thought of making honeycomb before until a follower on Youtube pointed out a recipe to me. The ingredients are minimal – golden syrup, caster sugar, bicarb of soda and butter all chucked in a pan – blasted with heat and then cooled! I made some plain honeycomb, dipped some more in chocolate to make Cadburys crunchie style clone bars, and also stirred broken pieces through vanilla ice-cream!!
