Kiwi Fruit Pavlova
Always wanted to try kiwi fruit….always wanted to make a pavlova – so it was a no brainer to give this simple, yet fun recipe a try. Whisk up 4 egg whites until thick (use an electric whisk as I found out!), gradually add 250g of sugar, tablespoon of cornflour, and a dash of vanilla essence and lemon juice – this gives it a great kick at the end I found!!
Plonk this in the oven gas mark 2 for an hour in your chosen device, the baking tray didn’t work for me – but the round tin was awesome!
50 minutes in whisk the whipping cream and peel / chop the kiwi fruit. Once the pavlova is done and has cooled, top with the cream and kiwi.
