Mince Pies

Ah Mince pies, a good old Christmas treat. This version is so simple to make that Phoebe (my 2 Year old daughter) could make them. You only need a couple of ingredients and about 20 mins to get them all done and dusted. I had one of these mince pies, and they were better than a well known brand out of the box!!
