Pineapple Baked Alaska

I loved making this…. it was so much fun, really easy, pretty unique and ultimately very tasty indeed.
Grab a pineapple (or any big scary fruit) make a hole in it, shove in some magical ingredients and top with meringue….

Super tropical fun!!
