Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

This is my attempt at a real classic pudding…..Pineapple upside-down cake. It’s called that because you actually make the cake on the reverse side and flip it over at the last minute prior to serving!
Even the Victorian’s used to make them back in the day with a cup of tea on the side!
I really enjoyed making this…..it was pretty easy, and looks far more complicated at the end so have a go yourself and see how you get on!
