Pumpkin Pie – Halloween Special

Pumpkin Pie….always heard the name around Halloween each Year but never really thought i’d ever make one. We promised Phoebe we would carve a pumpkin and it turned out that we could use the flesh to help with the pie. This is a very simplified version of the recipe, but it turns out great and Phoebe liked it too (in the end as you will see!!!).
