Rabanada

This was a recipe requested by a regular follower on Twitter Rodrigo who lives in Rio, Brazil. Apparently it’s a traditional treat to have at Christmas over there, and is very similar to French Toast. I was looking forward to giving this a try, and was not disappointed with the end result….a bit dangerous with the hot oil, but well worth it!
