Rainbow Cake

This was a pretty awesome recipe……the original can be found at ….www.omnomicon.com/rainbowcake after a tweet sent out by Jamie Oliver pointed me that way!
Grab some Betty Crocker cake mix, add some Sprite in a bowl (that’s right, no egg or oil!!!) and stir it together. Then split it off into 6 bowls and grab some food colouring to get a nice mix (hence the rainbow title!). Then pour each one in layer by layer to split the colours and bake it up. All you do then is add some icing and you’ve got yourself a sexy cake….when you cut a slice all the colours are split like a rainbow – cool huh!
