Sexy Swedish Buns

Ok so I was set the challenge to attempt this recipe via YouTube – Jamie Oliver’s Sexy Swedish Buns from his “Jamie Does” book.
Basically they are awesome sticky cakes with a wicked blueberry middle. Although the recipe was quite intense and messy at times I was really happy at how they came out and the taste is unique with the intense blueberry flavour mixed with orange peel & juice with cardomom!
