Simple chocolate bombe

Recently Phoebe and I won a signed book from Gordon Ramsay, upon receiving the book it was only right to say thanks myvirginkitchen style by trying out a simplified recipe. After browsing the book, the chocolate bombe stood out – it looked amazing, and as we are both lovers of the choc o late, we reluctantly accepted this challenge.
