Sticky toffee pudding slices
Well this was unbelievably good – first and foremost it’s not my recipe but from the Wallace & Co restaurant newsletter (go to their website to subscribe) which I get on a Monthly basis.
The combination of flavours in the pudding is fantastic, and although I think I added slightly too much sugar to my toffee (it set pretty quick after cooling) I would still rate it as one of the best desserts I have ever tasted and that’s not being biased!
