I’ve had a lot of people asking for another video with my daughter Phoebe in, so here it is…..Cassata. A really simple Italian Ice-cream dish with fruit, nuts, orange zest and chocolate.
Mix it all together, freeze it, then enjoy!

To put it simply cylinder style pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta covered in sauce and baked.
Can’t believe how easy it was to make either, all you need is a couple of pans and you’re on your way.
