Recipe request came in to the site from Ida who suggested this fantastic Chicken Satay recipe. I gave it a go and made a few tweaks here and there (Mrs Barry is off chilli powder currently) and was delighted with the result. Incredibly tasty, filling and yummy – give this one a go.
