Artichoke Gratin
This is my attempt at making a gratin from a simple supermarket recipe card. I’d never heard of it before, but it’s a French inspired oven bake with a cheesey breadcrumb topping. This has artichokes (obviously!), cherry tomatoes, thyme, sweet potatoes and cheese in it. The combination provides a really unique taste on the tongue, with a slightly sweet kick. Works out pretty darn good.
