Beer in the Butt Chicken

This is what happens if you put a can of beer up a chickens bum and barbecue it….apparently this recipe is very popular in some parts of America and mixing up the alcohol and seasoning is an art in itself. You can also make them in the oven if you prefer, sit the chicken in a roasting tray and cook on a low shelf until golden and cooked through!
