Boom Boom Pow Burgers

Burgers inspired by the black eyed peas? um, no not really…..just me making some burgers with a taste that was out of this world! Was soooo chuffed after managing to make the bad boys. Oh, and bad they were…. just look at the size of them when they are plonked on the grill – good times!
Was a bit strange adding crackers to the meat, but apparently it helps to hold all the meat and onions etc together.
I also made a funky relish sauce with mayo/ketchup mixed and added some wedges alongside on the side.
Why not try this one yourself? You won’t need to eat for a week afterwards!
