Budget Christmas Dinner

First things first, this is video recipe 150 – bonkers! Thanks to everyone for the support, feedback and suggestions on the journey so far.
This recipe is a milestone for another reason, my first ever roast dinner. Okay so I simplified the recipe a little bit (I avoided carving the turkey – alhough i’ll start with a chicken soon) but these changes dropped the ingredients cost significantly!! Making the full dish for under £5 in all.
This is a traditional British Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and I was over the moon with how it turned out.
