Chick Pea Surprise
Had this recipe idea sent to me through Twitter, basically freestyle chick peas in a pan with anything else you fancy. I plonked a load of stuff in a wok and heated it all through to a yummy finale!!!
Onions, mushrooms, celery, peppers, sweetcorn, peas, chick peas (obviously), spinach and a few other hidden gems made this a real hit at the table and in under 20 minutes
