Chicken Courgette Pepper Bake

Ok guys really simple yet impressive dish this one …..
chicken courgette pepper bake.
I had so much fun making this as you just basically prepare what you wanna eat and shove it in a baking tray….
I even had a go at making my own rice shape using a plastic cup!
Healthy, cheap, fun and easy – what more could you want!
