Chicken Parmigiana

Here is my attempt to show you how to make chicken parmigiana….. a really, really tasty dish this one!
I even learnt how to breadcrumb the chicken properly by dipping it in the various bowls of flour, egg and crumbs – good times.
If I can make this meal, anyone can…..this really is one to impress people and requires minimal effort.
