Chicken Pot Pie
Here’s a very tasty, filling and cheap dinner – chicken pot pie.
Boil some chicken for around 25 mins (depending on chicken sizes), add salt, pepper and a vegetable stock cube.
Once cooked leave to cool, then rip into pieces and line the bottom of a dish. Top with a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of broth (water the chicken was cooked in) and some frozen veg. Stir it all in and top with simple dumpling-style coating of milk, butter and self-raising flour. Bake for 45 mins until golden, gorgeous!
