Chicken Tikka Masala
Yo guys, I love Indian food….and as I have never been to India this is the closest I get to being in that zone. Anyhow, be warned that making this will make your house smell like a curry house for a few days but it’s well worth it!
This was actually taken from a recipe card to make a vegetable curry but, being a non-veggie I had to get some meat in…..and my meat of choice was chicken.
The video is nice and self explanatory, in fact the hardest part was doing the rice! Anyhow have a look, and see how you get on!
