Chicken wrapped in bacon with mash & red pepper chutney

Funky recipe this one guys! Chicken wrapped in bacon with mash & red pepper chutney……lush. Exactly what it says on the tin, wrapping chicken in bacon and cooking it together, serving a funky salsa alongside it and a spot of mashed potato – good times.
I get a bit excited with my new tool the potato masher on this video, but this recipe turned out so yummy.
