Chunky chips with steak & horseradish cream
Hello People! This is my attempt to learn how to make steak with chunky chips…..with a salad and horseradish dip thing. (Also a mini scene with Phoebe and I making a snowman in the video)
You need – steak (2 sirloins), potatoes, horseradish, creme fraiche, salad stuff, salt and pepper and chives.
Cut up your potatoes in funky sized chunks, the good thing is you can cut them as big as you want them so go wild……chuck em into a roasting tin when your done and give them a coating with olive oil and season them with the salt and pepper. Whack em in the oven for about half an hour and turn half way through.
Now season your sirloins with salt and pepper….. then make your dip by mixing together the creme stuff, chives and the horseradish (which I have a personal obsession with) and give it a stir together – thats it done!
Right now plonk your steaks onto the George Foreman grill and cook them to your liking…..once they are done grab all your ingredients together (once chips are done of course) and put all on a plate together with some salad….. That’s it. Easy peasy people – have a go yourself!
