Citrus Pork Pasta

A wickedly fun, easy, tangy and cheap pasta dish.
Cook a pasta of your choice to the guideline instructions- anything!!!
Meanwhile cut up bacon pieces, and remove the skin from 6 sausages (bit messy).
Chuck the sausage meat in a pan and break it up into mini meatball piece sizes…as it starts to change colour chuck in your bacon – cook through until it goes golden.
Now add to the meat, lemon & lime zest and juice respectively and a small tub of creme fraiche. A small grated bit of parmesan, salt and pepper plus chilli flakes all stirred in will really give this dish a funky punch. Add some peas to your pasta pan for the last few minutes of the cooking time and drain once done. Stir it together in a big pan and serve with a slice of lemon and a nice mountain of parmesan on top. Gorgeous stuff!
