Creamy leek and mushroom chicken

It’s getting to the point where I’m trying to get a bit more adventurous with what I am cooking so I decided to grab a few random ingredients on my lunch break at work and pull a recipe together from the internet… so creamy leek and mushroom chicken was the one!
I was pretty excited about the challenge of making this recipe, and doubly excited that Jamie Oliver had sent me a message the night before saying he liked my videos!!
