Diet Coke Chicken

This recipe was recommended to me by my friend Lucy who is doing a Slimming World programme. She’s not the greatest cook and asked me to give it a go, apparently it has no “syns” so it’s nice and healthy and if you’re on the programme it’s a good thing.
It has diet coke in the sauce, mixed in with Worcester sauce and passata (like chopped tomatoes)…and is surprsingly gorgeous!
I served this up with brown rice and a side salad, but you could just make the sauce and use it as a baste on the BBQ or perhaps have it as a fajita filling or in a jacket potato…get creative, and if you are crazy enough to mix it up with another canned drink let me know!
