Fajitas

Here is my attempt to make Mexican style Fajitas… to complete the experience a moustache was drawn on my face.

I bought a simple Mexican Fajita kit from the supermarket and some beef and veg. Grab some sour cream too and guacamole and off you go….. it’s really easy to make, in fact I would say the hardest part is cutting the onions!
