Funky Bangers & Mash With Awesome Veg

Okay guys! This is a really exciting one…..funky bangers and mash.
Oh, and guess what? Jamie Oliver has watched this video, so you have good taste!!!
Made this in a bit of a rush straight after work, in fact I was still in my work gear!
So you need some sausages, bacon, potatoes, cheese, tomatoes, a courgette, pepper and an onion…..good times
I prepared my veg and sprinkled a packet mix of flavouring over the top to give it a nice kick…..this then went in the oven for 20mins. Shove some peeled potatoes into a pan of boiling water, this’ll also take 20mins for them to be mashable!
Ten minutes in chuck your sausages and bacon in a griddle pan and cook them up until you are happy
Once your potatoes are soft, drain the potatoes, add some milk and butter then mash away baby! Once mashed add some chives, lemon juice, your bacon bits and the cheese (grated)….stir it around now people!!!
Your sausages should be done, plonk them on the plate with the mash and grab your veg out of the oven. LUSH
