Gnocchi Turkey Tomato Bake

This was a bit of an odd one, Gnocchi is actually these pasta type potato dumpling things and they look like woodlice which doesn’t help. But in the end, chucked together with some classic ingredients (including spinach & tomatoes) this turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable dish!!!
