Gooey cheese Chilli and Chocolate burgers

Got a bit creative with this recipe, wedging a lump of mozarella in between burgers filled with chilli and chocolate! Strange combination in theory, but it works!! Nice to whack a bit of relish in the bun to help them go down, the flavour is relatively mild so if you want them stronger, customise it your way!!
