Healthy Cooked Breakfast

This is amazing!! Most people love a good cooked breakfast (especially builders) but they are really bad for you with all that fried stuff on there. So this is a healthier alternative, and in my opinion it actually tasted better.
Toast instead of fried bread.
Poached egg instead of fried egg.
