Healthy Fish and Chips

I’ve grown up by the British seaside, and it’s a tradition to go to the beach and have fish and chips (although usually you get a load of sand in it!). This is my attempt at a slightly healthier version of this British classic, skipping the batter and fried potatoes for a more nutritious and funky alternative…..even made my own tartare sauce!!!
