Indian Steak with Spinach Salad

Right guys, not writing much about this one…..it’s a recipe from Jamie Oliver’s 30 minute meal that I pulled out the book and made a slight adjustment to the salad…..was extremely yummy indeed, but you need to buy the book for the quantities okay! Apologies for the dodgy accent and wig combination.
Super yummy this though.
