Lamb Burgers

This recipe is sooooooo easy…..I did use microwaveable rice but ignore that lol!!!
Make a funky marinade for the lamb to sit in, mould some burger shapes, cook them up…and eat, easy peasy.
The lemon/lime zest really helps add a kick to the burgers too,
