Maryland Chicken

Ok guys this is my attempt at Maryland chicken – a classic American dish. This one was taken from a Jamie Oliver recipe book and makes a unique twist on the recipe.
The coolest thing is when you stuff mashed bananas into the chicken breasts, it resulted in a pretty unique taste indeed. Chuck in some bacon, butter beans, mint, sweetcorn & wine and you’ve got yourself a pretty awesome dish.
