Moroccan Lamb with couscous

Absolutely bone-shakingly yummy this one guys…. and incredibly easy at that!

Chop up lamb into cubes, mix in a bowl with a chopped onion, dash of oil and a tsp of “all spice” (just a mixed spice).

Cook for 5 mins until onions are brown and lamb has changed colour, then add 150ml chicken stock, small tin of chopped tomatoes and a handful of apricots.

Simmer for a further 5 minutes, then serve up with couscous and a lemon wedge.

Simple!!!!
Actually one of the best ones i’ve made to date.
