Pork Apple Surprise

Haven’t done much with pork, so thought i’d give this one a try.
It only took 20 minutes to make this bad boy (and that includes filming time!)
I basically made this from scratch so was pretty chuffed……
Mrs Barry said it was one of the best things she had ever tasted (this puts me in the good books!)
